Paying for someone else’s bill—I’ve read about it before, but I’ve never actually seen it happen in India. Maybe I’ve just been too wrapped up in my own world. I need to get out more.

I’ve always had the urge to compliment strangers when I see them dressed up nicely. But every time, the words rise to my throat and get stuck there—overthinking kicks in, and I wonder what they’ll think. And 9 times out of 10, I stay silent, even when I really want to say something.

That’s something I need to work on.

Could you commit to complimenting one person each week to start? Eventually it becomes easier. I’ve been in your shoes. I used to be very introverted. I took baby steps and started speaking up a little more, but consistently. I grew.

Yeah. For sure but as of now I'm completely stuck at my home. I don't even go out.

Next time, when I go out. I'll definitely give this a try.

I need to borrow the one about leaving a note for my wife. What a great way to make someone’s day better

It is so great! I don't do it enough, but when I do, it brings a smile to someone's face.

This is a great list if ideas. I have been consciously doing 25 for a few months now and it's a great way to build joy.

Oh I love this! I especially loved that you gave a list that we could pull from every day. I feel like it would make an amazing "mason jar game." To take each of your suggestions, write them on paper, put them in a jar, and pull one out each day to do. ☺️

What a beautiful world it would be. ❤️
